We are committed to providing a fast response and excellent after-sales service. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

1.What is covered by the insurance?

2. What is not covered by the insurance?

Our warranty does not cover problems caused by:

2.1 Condition, failure, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

2.2 Condition, failure, or damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or alteration.

2.3 Condition, malfunction, or damage resulting from failure to follow instructions and guidelines for the intended use of the product.

2.4 Accessories, related materials and products not manufactured or sold by EMKE or related products.

3. What if my product is defective, malfunctioning, or missing parts?

Please check your goods as soon as you receive them, and report to us immediately if the product is defective, faulty, or missing parts. Reports must be sent within 14 days of receipt.

EMKE will replace (at no charge) defective or missing parts in our products if the defect is due to a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship. If EMKE is unable to provide a replacement product, and repair is impractical or untimely, and you still wish to keep the product, EMKE may issue you an agreed partial refund, or return the product for a full refund.

To ensure a quick resolution, any item suspected to be defective, malfunctioning, or missing parts must be notified to us as soon as possible. Simply email us to service@emkedirect.co.uk and include your order number, a description of the problem, and a picture or video illustrating the problem. Once any defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement or refund based on your preference. We will also advise you on how to proceed. We may require the goods to be returned to us or require you to dispose of them.

Do not dispose of faulty or faulty merchandise without notification from us.

4. Return damaged items

Although all of our products meet strict quality standards, on rare occasions an item may be damaged in transit. It is very important to open and inspect the product as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, please report the damage immediately by email to service@emkedirect.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. Please include the order number and a picture or/and video to show the damage in the email. Items damaged during use or installation are not covered by the warranty.

Once the damage is confirmed, we'll arrange a free, hassle-free replacement. If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

For safety reasons, please do not return any items without first contacting us.

5. Return unwanted items

If you are unfortunate enough to wish to return an item, please email a return request within 14 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return. We may ask for photographs or videos for our records. Any other information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. If you arrange the return yourself, please also provide us with the tracking number and shipping company.

If you wish to arrange your return through EMKE, you will be required to pay for return shipping, which will vary depending on the size, weight, and type of item being returned.

6. Just a few things to note

You must submit a return request for an unwanted item or report a defective, incorrect, or missing item within 14 days of receipt. For unwanted items, we are more than happy to let you unpack and inspect your item, but we cannot provide you with a refund once the product has been used or installed.

Returned items should be in resalable condition and packed in their original packaging. See our return preparation guide.

Additional shipping costs for premium shipping services (e.g. remote area shipping, fees outside mainland UK, etc.) will not be refunded for items that are not required.

We will always try to issue refunds as quickly as possible, but it may take approximately 10 business days for the refund to be issued back to your original method of payment. If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact us. If you have further questions about returns, please contact us.

7. How do I submit a claim?

Making a warranty claim is quick and easy. Just contact our customer service at service@emkedirect.co.uk. We would appreciate it if you could send the order number along with a picture or video to show the problem in the email. Our account team will get back to you as soon as possible.
