Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the carrier tracking number. If you get our help, please contact us via service@emkedirect.co.uk.
Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, this can be delayed. On average, standard deliveries are delivered within approximately 5-7 working days from when an order is placed.
