All orders from emke.de are only shipped to the UK mainland. Channel islands and remote areas are excluded from shipping.
Depending on the weight of your order, shipping will be with Royal Mail, YODEL, and Hermes.

As of January 1st, 2021, the United Kingdom has left the European Union, because of this we will no longer be delivering internationally or within Europe at this time. We will resume international delivery in the future but until then we currently only deliver to Mainland UK.

The delivery will take place within 5-7 working days (UK mainland) at the latest after your payment order. If the order contains products with different delivery dates, the latest delivery date applies to the entire order. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
We use a number of couriers to deliver our parcels. The courier used will depend on what you order and where the items are being delivered to. The courier used for your order will be made clear to you once your order has been dispatched. You will be supplied with tracking information to enable you to see the most up-to-date information regarding your delivery. You will also be supplied with contact details for the carrier who will be delivering your order.
To keep our cost to you as low as possible, the standard bulky deliveries are made by a single driver, who will not be able to move large items. They will deliver your order to the outside of your address and for heavy and bulky items, this means that you may need to arrange for someone to be available to help you move your goods. Some drivers may assist with moving heavy items, but others due to age or physical issues will not be willing to.
The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there on the day of delivery. If the delivery is to a communal building (e.g. a block of flats) you should be aware that the carrier company drivers will not carry heavy loads on their own and they will need to see identification before leaving the goods. (This is to protect you from credit card fraud). All delivery times quoted are based on your goods leaving the warehouse, and NOT from the time you place your order. If you order a product that cannot be delivered in the timescale shown we will contact you to let you know and give you the opportunity to change your order.
